Chea'Shiir 'The Cat'

Well, this is 'The Cat'.

Within my world, there are elves, and there are The Fey. It's a long story, but the elves came from Faerie and gained their freedom in exchange for their immortality. Their original masters were The Fey. To use the name of a Fey is to draw their attention to you, and trust me, you don't want that, so humans tend to come up with a title for them and this one is known as 'The Cat'. He/she as the gender changes on a whim, is a trickster type, sometimes cruel, sometimes helpful, and has taken the place of Puck as the mirthmaker of the Seelie and Unseelie courts since the rogue's exile.

She can become invisible at will, and is often known to perch or walk on empty air, her top hat contains a Tarot deck's Death card instead of a size marker and she is adept at illusions.

Nightmares and dreams of this girl have leaked into the minds of mortals and have given her a second life with story and song.
